The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, your health self-assessment, tobacco status, desired coverage, and term preference. We transmit these to the carriers' quoting engine for rate returns; this site retains nothing. Names, addresses, phone numbers, and emails are not required to view rates. Identical repeat requests pull from brief cache to avoid redundant backend calls.

Applying

Selecting Apply populates a protected application run by the carriers' platform using your prior answers, then transitions to the platform's privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency, licensed in California (License 0B75129), processes all applications.

The contact form

The contact form gathers your name, email, optional phone number, reply preference, subject, and message. We email it to the agency; your email serves as the return address. We store no copies, maintain no submission database, and keep no message logs. A temporary fraud guard runs client-side before submission.

Measurement

We measure page visits through first-party, cookie-free analytics hosted within this domain. No cookies or tracking identifiers exist; your IP is obscured by two octets before storage; referring URLs are stripped; visitor logs are purged within ninety days. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are exempted entirely from measurement.

What we do not do

Personal information remains private and unsold; no ad networks track you; no external analytics code runs. The sole outside code is the carriers' application engine, which loads only when you visit the application page.
